Mindfulness is grounded, practical and empirically proven antidote to busyness and stress, if we are willing to work at it.

A one day workshop from 10-3pm that will help you find Calm, Clarity and Creativity. An introduction to what is mindfulness for our physical, emotional, thinking bodies.

Outcomes

  • Learn how to calm your mind, available in all situations.

  • Develop emotional maturity to feel more confidence and make friends with feelings.

  • Learn to move better with change

  • Learn in a supportive group with an inspiring teacher with more than 15 years of practice and teaching.
