Riverside Community Hall
A two hour interactive workshop designed especially for children with an accompanying parent.
We use play, story telling, games and music to give young people a feeling for mindfulness in their bodies.
We use movement to explore mindfulness, because children like to move.
We want a parent to come along because if we are committed to living with kindness, calm & confidence, mindfulness needs to become a part of the family. Small routines that are no big deal but embody the practice rather than talking about it.
Our experience is that parents benefit greatly from the course, simple reminders how to be present, calm and live well in a sometimes busy and stressful world.
