Entering the Heart of Mindfulness

This is a mindfulness training aimed primarily for teachers and educators but open to anyone who is motivated. This is a five day residential training with a focus on integration. We will blend ‘top down’ theories of neuroscience with lively ‘bottom up’ practical explorations in and through the human body. There will be time to explore individually and as a supportive group. The overall focus is to build confidence and resilience to incorporate mindfulness into the heart of teaching and learning.
