Moved to Learn Mindfulness
This new approach to mindfulness training incorporates periods of guided stillness with movement inquires. We explore directly where emotions live in the body and how wholesome and unwholesome patterns are activated shaping the worlds we bring forth. In a integrated way we will carve qualities of nourishing ease and clarity into all postures and experiences. The strength of this approach is that it is working directly with the body to help people living busy lives experiences of wholeness, joy and belonging in a living world.
